TEAM Consulting Group held its traditional Friends Day — an annual event that brings together the company’s clients, partners and team in an informal setting.
For TEAM, not only professional results matter, but also long-term relationships based on trust, mutual respect and shared development. That is why every year the company organizes a gathering that allows guests to step away from work-related matters, communicate outside the usual business setting and strengthen partnership ties.
On July 31, 2026, guests of TEAM Friends Day embarked on a short cruise along the Neva River and the Gulf of Finland. The participants enjoyed a rich program featuring live music, panoramic views of St. Petersburg from the water, a Latin American casino and a photo booth that helped capture the highlights of the evening.
A special element of the event was the “Letter to the Future” initiative. Guests set personal and professional goals they would like to achieve by the next Friends Day in 2027. All letters will be kept and opened a year later so that everyone can see together which plans have been brought to life.
Friends Day was another opportunity to thank TEAM’s clients and partners for their trust and cooperation. We value relationships that go beyond individual projects and continue to create opportunities for communication, sharing experience and generating new ideas.
