For the third consecutive year, TIM, in partnership with the IT company “Kadis” and the law firm “Grits & Partners,” has held the Legal Dictation for entrepreneurs in St. Petersburg.
The Legal Dictation for Entrepreneurs is a free educational initiative aimed at improving legal literacy. Participation in the Dictation offers a unique opportunity to identify weak points in a company’s legal structure and mitigate potential risks. Each participant typically discovers between 3 and 15 legal areas requiring attention.
On a November evening, more than 30 participants gathered at the premises of the Corporate University of St. Petersburg. They not only tested their knowledge of key legal aspects of business support, but also discussed the most pressing issues for businesses today with leading experts, including tax reform, the nuances of implementing AI in business processes, labor shortages, new legal requirements for personal data processing, and advertising regulations.
Key statistics:
- 5 speakers and more than 30 participants in St. Petersburg. The Dictation was also held in Moscow, Kemerovo, Voronezh, Perm, and Veliky Novgorod.
- 25 questions across 5 thematic blocks: interaction with the state, brand protection and competition, client relations, personnel, and business ownership issues.
- Average score: 14 correct answers. Participants performed best in the “Brand and Competition” section, while the most challenging topics were corporate governance and business ownership.
