That is why the development of soft skills is an integral part of TEAM’s employee training system. Every year, the company’s team participates in educational programs aimed at improving management and communication competencies.
In July, TEAM lawyers and accounting specialists took part in a two-day training on effective communication and public speaking conducted by Lyubov Koryakova, a project management trainer and expert in the development of management competencies.
During the training, participants studied modern business communication tools, practiced techniques for interacting with clients and partners, and analyzed real-life work situations that consultants encounter in their professional activities.
The knowledge and practical skills gained are already helping the TEAM team communicate even more effectively with clients, conduct negotiations and business meetings, and represent clients’ interests as part of consulting projects.
