On May 28–29, the St. Petersburg Legal Summit took place in St. Petersburg — one of the largest professional events for corporate lawyers and legal consultants.

The St. Petersburg Legal Summit has, for five consecutive years, brought together representatives of in-house legal departments of major Russian companies, attorneys, consultants, and industry experts to discuss key issues in law enforcement practice, legislative developments, and modern approaches to legal risk management.
Over the course of two days, participants attended more than 50 thematic sessions dedicated to the most important aspects of legal support for business. Key topics included interaction between in-house legal teams and external advisors, digital transformation of legal functions, the use of artificial intelligence in legal practice, labor law issues, contract management, and personal data protection.
TEAM experts showed particular interest in discussions on privacy compliance and data protection legislation, evolving approaches to contractual liability and force majeure provisions, as well as termination of employment relationships and case law in labor disputes.
According to participants, such professional events not only facilitate knowledge exchange among peers but also allow timely tracking of changes in legislation and judicial practice, which is especially important in a rapidly evolving legal environment.
